Returns and Faulty Products

Please be aware we do not accept returns for change of mind so please choose your product carefully. If an item is faulty please contact us at within 7 days of receiving your goods so we can rectify the issue for you.


If there is a lost/late parcel issue with Sendle/Australia Post you need to wait until the shipping investigation will be finalised. You can follow your investigation stage from your tracking number. After finalisation the shipping company will refund your payment. All your parcels are insured. 



Once you have confirmed your custom rainbow colour combination a final picture confirming your colour selection will be provided to be agreed upon. Rows works from top to bottom, so row 1 will be the top row. Once your rainbow has been made there is no option to change your colour selection.
